American Softwoods are renowned for their strength, flexibility and versatility. They are grown mainly in the Western and South Eastern States of America and have been exported for almost 400 years.

This is the official European website of American Softwoods, which represents the Southern Pine Council and the Softwood Export Council.
The Southern Pine Council is a joint promotional body coordinated and supported by:
- Producing members of the Southern Forest Products Association (SFPA)
- The Southeastern Lumber Manufacturers Association (SLMA)
